If you have had the best service ever or are looking for the best, there is a South African group that is all about the very best in the country.

South Africa – Facebook groups are very beneficial; you get one for almost everything. Your typical groups include community forums, selling platforms and crime watch platforms. Some groups answer questions, and others focus on hobby specific things like gardening, books and crafting.

Name what you need, and there is most likely a group for it. Recently we were alerted to a group that is changing the lives of many South Africans.

In South Africa, where unemployment is rampant, many people turn to entrepreneurship as a way to guarantee their livelihoods. As a people, we often support these small businesses to make our lives easier, but sometimes we can get our fingers burned by scammers and con-artists.

The ‘Best Thing Ever’ group was founded by Janene Levy as a way to spread the word about great businesses and excellent service in South Africa. The group members can praise a company they received excellent service from or ask for recommendations.

The point is that businesses that do good work reap the rewards, and it is all based on customer review. The group has been active for three years now and has turned many small businesses into profitable and sustainable forms of employment, not only for owners but for staff.

Are you part of this group, if not, you can find it here. Let us know some of your favourite kinds of groups in the comment section.
