Giving people access to mental health support and counselling is vital for a healthy society; these are the organisations offering help.
South Africa (16 January 2024) – Good mental health underpins so many other parts of life, from healthy relationships to the ability to take part in society and how we treat our animals and environment. Without good mental health, the rest suffers.
In South Africa, access to services that promote mental health and support is far and few between. Helping the organisations that do operate in this space is vital as it gives incentive for more organisations to step up and help too.
