The World Pursuit have created and shared a video showcasing the beauty of the African continent. The video is giving people serious travel FOMO!

FOMO is the abbreviation for ‘Fear of Missing Out’. It generally relates to “anxiety that an exciting or interesting event may currently be happening elsewhere, often aroused by posts seen on social media.”

It is hard to comprehend the fact that Africa is made up of some of the most beautiful places in the world! On one continent we have lush green forests, crystal clear oceans, bone-dry deserts and every kind of habitat in-between!

“If I have ever seen magic, it has been in Africa.” – John Hemingway

Naturally every country/continent has a variety of habitats, but how often do you really sit and think about it? The World Pursuit Facebook page shared a video filled with drone footage from nearly every part of Africa. They asked people to tag who they would like to travel the continent with.

The video is slowly growing in popularity. More people are being tagged by their friends every day and most are developing some serious travel FOMO about Africa.

Africa has a diversity like no other! From people and places to animals and cultures. Did you know that there is an estimate of between 1500-2000 different languages in Africa? Or that we have the largest desert (the Sahara) in the world? Did you know we have the worlds largest land animal, the worlds tallest animal and the worlds fastest?

It is no wonder people have a fear of missing out, there is a lot to miss out on!

“The only man I envy is the man who has not yet been to Africa – for he has so much to look forward to” – Richard Mullin
