In Dream, a beautiful animation video by Zombie Studio for the Wildlife Conservation Film Festival, four animals facing extinction tell their stories through the words of I Dreamed a Dream.
To generate buzz and attract attention to the recent Wildlife Conservation Film Festival (WCFF), DDB New York created a stop-motion animation video, entitled Dream, which captures the plight of four distinct animals suffering at the hands of humans.
The Wildlife Conservation Film Festival (WCFF) is an academic organization. The WCFF’s MISSION is to inform, engage and inspire audiences about the need for and importance of the protection of global biodiversity.
The WCFF does this through the annual film festival in New York, Beijing, and the annual biodiversity conference in New York. WCFF also engages in monthly programs in New York and other cities that include film screenings, business & social networking events, and presentations.
People that attend and participate in the WCFF are international wildlife conservationists, filmmakers, photographers, scientists and people across the globe that work toward the preservation of global biodiversity.
Set to a newly recorded version of the classic song “I Dreamed a Dream,” the emotional portrayal begins with animals in their natural habitats singing when their life was good. As the song shifts in tone, the animals continue to sing as their lives are put into peril by man-made threats to their lives and environment.
