Romario Valentine was invited to the Formula E World Championship in Cape Town by Team Nio333; he even got to share his educational environmental book with the drivers.

Cape Town, South Africa (01 March 2023) – Romario Valentine is a pint-size planet warrior, artist and author from Umhlanga, Durban, who has dedicated the last five years of his young life to protecting our planet. A noble cause indeed!

Entirely focused on his passions, he has advocated for bird and marine conservation, climate change, and deforestation. He has done this by running over 250 beach cleanups in his hometown, raised funds for wildlife and even written his own book.

Recently the young environmentalist and author was invited to attend Season 9 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship in Cape Town. Romario was invited to join the Formula E team Nio333 at the big event..

This was the first motosport event Romario had ever been to and because it focussed on cleaner energy, he was very excited to meet the team. As thanks, he gifted his book to Brazilian driver, Sergio Camara and British driver, Dan Ticktum.

In spreading his message about saving the environment, Romario hopes to inspire more people to take up the cause. He was excited to use this event to spread his message further.

Well done on your efforts Romario and keep up the hard work. You are a changemaker in the making and will go on to do great things!
