A pod of over 60 Humpback Whales have been caught playing in the Cape Town waters over the weekend in an incredible video using a drone.
Kieran Donnelly captured the awesome footage over the weekend near Robben Island, around 1900m off-shore. The pod consisted of over 60 Humpback Whales migrating south past Cape Town.
Many Capetonian beach-goers saw the Whales from land but couldn’t quite make out if it was Whales or how many there were.
Donnelly managed to capture the migration perfectly!
