International visitors spot beautiful white lion among largest pride of lions walking along the road through the Kruger National Park.

Ram Goyel and his family where visiting the Kruger National Park when they spotted the largest pride ever seen walking along the road.  The encounter took place near the H6 near Satara. Ram told LatestsSightings.com that his heart was literally beating outside his chest.

He confirmed that the best part about the sighting was seeing the white lion amongst the pride. White lions are endemic to the greater Kruger Region. They are not albino but rather a rare genetic mutation that occurs naturally within the prides of this area.

“We were just returning from the N’wanetsi Picnic spot and this beautiful sighting came along and greeted us. It was a quiet morning and there were no other cars at the time. It was sheer disbelief!! At the end of it my family and I were jumping out of our skin.

We were so lucky and thankful that the lions were walking towards us. I pulled over to the side and just let them come to us. My hand was shaking with exhilaration so the video is not perfectly still I’m afraid. The sighting ended a few minutes later when a few other cars showed up, and then literally pushed the lions off the road into the bushes.”

Watch the incredible sight below, you will even spot a beautiful white lion amoung the pride.
