Mdzananda Animal Clinic hopes they can host a successful kennel drive this Mandela Day and guarantee protection for 67 animals.
Khayelitsha, South Africa (30 June 2021) – Mdzananda Animal Clinic in Khayelitsha has been going for over three decades and done everything to stay afloat during the lockdown. They were committed to supporting the animals and with thanks to donors, they got through the worst of it.
This year, the organisation wants to spend Mandela Day putting little roofs over the heads of dogs in need. They are launching a kennel drive to do exactly that!
WE WANT TO GIVE 67 DOGS WARM KENNELS BY MANDELA DAY. It’s freezing and many pets don’t have kennels. Help collect 67 kennels and we will make sure Khayelitsha pets who need them get them.
Options:

2. Sponsor a kennel at R450. You can also sponsor a portion of a kennel. We will purchase kennels and get them to the pets (bank details below).
3. Donate a blanket, dog bed or jacket which we will hand out with the kennel (see drop spots below).
IF YOU ARE FROM KHAYELITSHA OR SURROUNDS and need a kennel for your dog, please send us an inbox message with your name, dog’s name, dog’s size. cell number and address and we will put you on a list to receive a kennel as soon as we have. While stocks lasts.
