South Africa’s Eco-Heroes are in the green spotlight! From conservation champs to superheroes in sustainable fashion, here are the winners of the 2024 Eco-Logic Awards!

Cape Town, South Africa (01 November 2024) — From wildlife warriors to sustainability superheroes, South Africa has a wealth of eco-heroes working hard in their respective industries to champion change and a South Africa that puts the planet first. Recently, several of these eco-heroes were awarded for their efforts at the annual Eco-Logic Awards 2024; and we’re thrilled to introduce them!

In a glittering awards event MCed by legendary local comedian Themba Robin, people from various environmental sectors gathered to recognise extraordinary achievers in the 12th edition of the awards—SA’s Premier environmental event.

The process of selection was a lengthy pursuit with entries opening in April this year before a panel of independent and environmentally knowledgable executives from diverse backgrounds evaluated the submitted efforts.

Guests donned their glamoursouly green eco-outfits, while full body painted wildlife roamed the crowd

The winners would not only earn great respect, but also a prize valued at R300,000 that would help them get the tools needed to lead purposefully, think systematically and design solutions inspired by nature.
