Tiaan Pienaar has been living overseas and decided to surprise his mom after not seeing her for 3 years. He went to a coffee shop she was at to serve her a drink.

South Africa (21 January 2019) – Tiaan Pienaar snuck into South Africa without telling his mom. He hadn’t seen her in three years and hoped he could surprise her. He stayed at his sisters place and planned out the surprise.

His mom was meeting a friend for coffee so Tiaan arranged with the coffee shop to serve her the drink she ordered. It took mom a few seconds to realise that her server was actually her son but once she did, she couldn’t contain her excitement.

She squealed with joy and couldn’t stop hugging Tiaan. Commenters said the video has made them ugly cry. There is nothing like seeing a parent after a long time. People are loving the happy reunion.

We hope that Tiaan enjoys spending time with his mom. His surprise really gave us a great reason to smile today.

Take a look at the sweet moment below.
