Bokke shark doo doo, doo doo doo doo, Bokke shark doo doo, doo doo doo doo, Bokke shark! Yes, we did just get that song stuck in your head, oops!
South Africa (13 January 2020)– Baby Shark is a song which is thought to have been around for a long time, we first saw it nearly 5 to 6 years ago, performed by a woman in Germany. It was called Kleiner Hai and released in 2008.
While many people laughed out loud at the original video the song only went viral after it was translated and produced by a South Korean company called Pinkfong!. It was Pinkfong!’s version that launched the viral craze, which started in Southeast Asia.
Now everyone knows of Baby Shark and the earworm it can be. Christine Champion, the owner of CC Kids TV recently released a proudly South African version except its about our World Cup Rugby win.
The video is pretty great and a good way to explain the rugby win to your children. Take a look at the video below and don’t blame us if you find yourself walking around the house singing “Faffie Shark, doo doo, doo doo doo doo”
