Hurricane Irma has caused devastation to Florida, USA but it hasn’t dampened the spirit of the people who live there. They have kept their sense of humour.
People living in Florida have been sharing pictures and more, of funny moments they have encountered during Hurricane Irma. While Irma has been no laughing matter it is great to see people putting aside their stress and worry by having a good laugh.
A store in Florida made a sign so people would know they are still open for business.
Other businesses followed suite with their signs and didn’t let a little water get in their way.
People that evacuated left their homes boarded up for protection. They also left a few giggle worthy signs to let Irma know what they think of her. You may even spot a few local is lekker signs too.
People even made funny signs so people would be updated on what is happening in Florida.
One man was overwhelmed when Irma left him a thoughtful present in the backyard.
