Kenyan girls

A classroom filled with the Kenyan girls of Nova Academy breaks into a synchronized stomp session. The video showcases their talent and hard work.

Pioneer Academies, located in Johannesburg recently shared a video of their sister school Nova Academies dance crew, located in Nairobi Kenya.

Nova Academies pride themselves on making sure it’s students experiences are full of engagement, creativity, and energy so students love coming to school every day. Nova’s focus on technological fluency and project-based (hands-on) learning is designed to equip students to tackle challenging, real-world problems as they enter post-secondary education and their professional lives.

Nova Girls was opened in January 2017 as an additional schooling option. The school is a boarding school that focuses on giving innovative training to the future female leaders of Kenya.

Take a look at our dancers extraordinaire, our young women don’t take dance classes lightly! This crew is already on its way to stardom, thanks to their drive to outdo themselves, their dance coach, Judy, and the crew at NTV Kenya for validating their astronomical dreams.

Since school began, they have been attending an intense practice session weekly to refine their prowess in bursting moves. They have perfected their routines and all that is left is a much needed broadcast on (inter)national television.

Our girls have been practicing since the start of the term to showcase their captivating moves on national television and we’re proud of their dedication to the rigorous dance lessons! Onwards and upwards ladies!

Watch the awesome stomp video below, it was being filmed for the Kenyan National news.
