We have never met a fan of KFC that wasn’t a devote fan of the tasty, crispy skin! The KFC brand has kept their spice recipe secret since the brand was born. Until recently that is.
In a move that has us rolling on the floor with laughter, KFC decided to follow 11 people on twitter. These 11 people happen to be 6 Herbs and 5 Spices. Could it be their secret recipe?
No, it isn’t their recipe at all.
What it is is branding genius! The brand followed the 5 Spice Girls, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Victoria Beckham. They also followed 6 Herbs and by that we mean 6 guys who are named Herb.
This makes up the brands secret 11 Herbs and Spices. They are literally following Herbs and Spices.
Nobody knows exactly how long this has been undiscovered for but the world knows now and we will never look at the brand the same way.
