It’s so cute how he struggles with the words, but he totally nails it!

A little South African is going viral again with his version of the South African National Anthem. The video which was originally uploaded in 2017 is being shared on social media again, and we can totally see why: we have the best National anthem in the world, and he sings it with all his heart.

The current national anthem of South Africa was adopted in October 1997 and is a hybrid song combining new English lyrics with extracts of the hymn “Nkosi Sikelel’ iAfrika” (English: “God Bless Africa”) and the Afrikaans song “Die Stem van Suid-Afrika” (English: “The Call of South Africa”).

In December 2017, the Economist selected the South African National Anthem ‘Nkosi Sikelel’ iAfrika’ as the best in the world. The team had an in-house poll deciding which country had the best National Anthem of them all. They looked at backstories and listened to them to make the final decision.

Countries like Russia, Brazil and Uruguay made the top of the list but none of them could beat the South African National Anthem who came on top.

And now we think we also have found the cutest version of it. The little kid sings with the pride and passion we all carry inside of us and the video might be the best thing you see all day today.
