And besides all the nakedness… they’re pretty good!
We are not sure why Naked men are singing an Outkast song but it’s wildly entertaining!
Ivy Hill AllStars‘ toned-down cover version of OutKast’s hit Hey Ya! might seem pretty normal if it weren’t for the fact that the guys are all lounging around a small bathroom in their birthday suits while performing the song.
“Hey Ya!” is a song written and produced by André 3000 for his 2003 album The Love Below, part of the hip hop duo OutKast’s double album Speakerboxxx/The Love Below. “Hey Ya!” takes influence from funk, rap and rock music. The song received praise from contemporary music critics, and won the award for Best Urban/Alternative Performance at the 46th Grammy Awards.
The “Late Night Bathroom Band” start off with just two guitarists in a bath tub, but as the song goes on, more and more people in semi-naked apparel appear and it’s awesome.
Regő Józsa commented: “I just want to imagine the conversation they had to have before they filmed this.”
TwoSevenths added: “Somehow, not the strangest thing I’ve stumbled upon at 3 a.m. much love to all these guys, this is ridiculous in the best way.”
manupkp said: “Bathrooms have the best acoustics!”
Ceasar Choppy posted: “I think I speak for all of us when I say. I want more late night bathroom covers.”
