Nurses and doctors are going viral for giving the Coronavirus the middle finger on TikTok; these superheroes continue to inspire hope globally!

Global (21 July 2020) – Nurses and doctors have reached superhero status during the COVID-19 pandemic. Across the world, medical staff have sacrificed living with their loved ones, to be able to show up at work every day to help heal the sick. Many have also sacrificed their lives in the pursuit of care for others.

In every country around the world, nurses and doctors are facing challenges we could never imagine. From fear for their own lives, to fear for the lives of their patients battling the coronavirus. They are facing shortages of staff and personal protective equipment. There is a shortage of beds and life-saving medical equipment.

There is also a shortage of loved ones. Nurses and doctors have become the last caring touch and friendly eyes that many people see before they pass. This burden will be traumatic to every medical professional and stay with many for years to come.

In fact, COVID-19 and the lockdowns that took place globally will be a traumatic memory for every person in the world.

Thankfully, our newest superheroes are giving us a reason to smile. Many nurses and doctors have taken to TikTok in their spare moments to share a smile. Some have danced, some have done comedy skits and the latest, to flip the bird at COVID-19.

We are loving the viral videos and join in flipping the bird at Corona! Take a look below.
