A Pentatonix Christmas

A cappella group Pentatonix have dropped their new music video for a powerful cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” and its just too awesome!

 

The song has been covered by many different artists over the years but this chilling version might be the absolute best!

The video was uploaded on Friday and has already been viewed over 3 million times in a matter of days.

This is the groups first release of their new album, A Pentatonix Christmas. The album features versions of “White Christmas,” “God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman,” and other tunes that will get you in the Christmas mood.

Pentatonix have achieved overwhelming musical success since forming in 2011.

They won the third season of “The Sing Off” on NBC, that victory earned them $200,000 and a recording contract with Sony Music.

To date they have over 11 million YouTube subscribers and more than 1.54 billion total views. They are currently the 13th most subscribed channel.
