The Queen went supernova for her 90th birthday celebrations – in chroma green, no less.

The Queen probably didn’t realise that her outfit would be the source of so much fun on the Internet. Or, maybe she did, and this was her gift to social media users everywhere.

It all started when one user realised that the Queen’s brightly-hued suit resembled a green screen, which is typically used by movie studios during the production of blockbuster movies that need special effects.

The photoshopped images included one of the Queen “wearing” a suit with cat faces. Oh, and it gets better. There is one where she is “wearing” Homer Simpson, because why not?

Even funnier is her “suit” that features notable English punk rock band, The Sex Pistols with the words “Anarchy in the U.K.” ironically emblazoned on it. Between this and Princess Charlotte’s appearance at the festivities, the British royals certainly had an eventful celebration.
