Model Lee-Ann Liebenberg bumped into President Cyril Ramaphosa while at the V&A Waterfront and snapped an image of him. In the background of the image is a man being dubbed the presidents biggest fan!

It is an undeniable truth that most South Africans are pretty excited that Cyril Ramaphosa has become the interim president of South Africa. The best part is that Cyril is taking his role on in real style, he is out on the streets engaging with people. He is the kind of man that wants to be around his people, immersing himself in day-to-day activities that allow him to come in contact with the public.

Yesterday, we shared a story about the President running along the Sea Point Promenade and it went viral! Nearly 50-thousand people read that story in just 24-hours. South Africans are really excited, like “can’t even deal” excited!

Cape Town-based model, Lee-Ann Liebenberg, bumped into the President while shopping at the V&A Waterfront and snapped a pic of him. The picture itself isn’t award-worthy, it’s pretty blurred in fact but it is very focused on everything happening in the background. That is where the magic of the picture lies.

A man standing in the background has so much joy and excitement in his expression, you can almost hear him squee with happiness. Social media has been passing comment on just how excited the man is.

“WOW, The man in the background’s reaction is priceless” – @lindaoompie

“That man in the background…LAWD “Get you a man that looks at you like this guy looks at Cyril” – Reinart Toerien

“DearCyril: Meet your biggest fan. This chap is fangirling so hard right now.” – Laila Majiet
