The Sharks Kiss Cam

The “Kiss Cam” has finally come to South Africa debuting at a local Sharks game… and it’s a massive hit with fans!

Kiss Cams first started in the USA with all their different sports. Over the years the kiss cam has shown up on TV shows and in movies. The Kings Park stadium, which is also called the Shark Tank has started a kiss cam for when ever the Sharks play a game at the stadium.

The Sharks most recent game meant the stadium could put its spectators on the spot, leaving them to feel loved up, silly or completely mortified!

While some people don’t quite understand the concept of the kiss cam yet, most couples (and even some strangers) embraced the challenge having a good laugh along the way. The viewers of the Sharks Kiss Cam video have praised how it has affected them, using Facebook to share their thoughts on the fairly new and fun concept in South Africa.

“This so flipping awsome. Ah this has made me smile. Some of these peoples reactions is so priceless. Please do it at all your games….whoop whoop” – Astrid Mayr Nash

“Leave it to the pensioners to show you how its done lol” – Cherryll Simons Meyer

“Love seeing people’s reactions” – Sarah Taylor

“Always manages to make me smile!! Share the love ❤️” – Eva Coghlan

“This always puts a smile on my face 😀” – Julia Gabriel Gavran
