An Afrikaans man had some good fortune earlier this year when R100 floated into his home. He picked up the money and ‘Snapped’ his day with it.
Snapchat is a quick and easy way to share you life instantly. Sometimes people use the app to capture the hilarious moments in their lives. There are countless stories on the internet featuring funny moments caught on Snapchat. We have one for you today that is so South African!
We spotted a post on Facebook featuring a series of images that made us giggle. The images were taken by an Afrikaans man somewhere in South Africa. The man found R100 and snapped the day he had with the bank note.
Ruan Wepener, a local Afrikaans singer, shared the post on his Facebook page but confirmed with us that he isn’t sure who the original snapper is. So if you know who the clever person behind these hilarious snaps please let us know so we can credit them.
As a few of our readers are international and not fluent in Afrikaans we have translated the snaps for you, they do lose a little bit of their humour though.
