April Fools caught a person or two (yes, we may have fallen for the SPUR being launched in Kruger); these are some of the good ones this year.

South Africa (02 April 2024) – So yesterday was April Fools Day; how many jokes did you fall for? We may have been hooked, lined and sinkered for with a joke here or there, but thankfully not for long.

A few local brands and groups had some fun with the public. We love that there is light-hearted fun on the day, especially as times are a little tense.

Woolworths shared with shoppers that they planned to release a “Chuckles” beauty range. Many shoppers caught on immediately but were also sad it wouldn’t be a reality.

The Kruger National Park Facebook group had lots of fun for the day and we will admit, one or two actually caught us for an hour or so. Like the SPUR getting a spot at the Tshokwane picnic spot.

Keeping up with animal fools, can you tell which of the below images is real?
