Global (29 January 2021) – Sometimes it can all feel like a bit too much, or as these adorable children like to call it, Toomuchery. The years 2020 and now 2021 are definitely rating high on the Toomuchery scale.

Brad Montague and his children are the brains behind the Brief Guide for Navigating Toomuchery. Brad wrote a poem about how to handle things when it all becomes too much, and with the help of his adorable children, they are bringing some much-needed joy and relief to people around the world.

The world is a weird place at the moment, so we need to celebrate all the things that make us feel better or good. This is one of those things!

Some of the helpful tips in the video include:

  • Pause and take a deep, deep breath. Listen to how it sounds.
  • Reach out to your friends.
  • Absurd times call for an absurd amount of love. So give lots of it!

Together we are more than enough for all the Toomuchery! Please take a look at the adorable video below and be sure to pass it along to someone who may need it!
