The Amanzimtoti SPCA set a personal record this past week with its highest ever amount of adoptions; they rehomed 15 animals in one week.

Amanzimtoti, South Africa (22 August 2023) – For every animal welfare organisation, rehoming even one animal is a huge success, for the Amanzimtoti SPCA, they just set a personal record with 15 rehomed animals in one week! That is worthy of a celebration.

The team shared the news via their Facebook page and thanked every person that adopted an animal.

“We are all ecstatic, and we want to share the amazing news!😃 We have had a record number of 15 adoptions this week!!🥳 ⭐️Thank you so much to every amazing family who has opened their hearts and homes to a precious soul in need.❤️

Rescued is the BEST breed!!”

Adopting a pet is one of the most rewarding things a family can do. That is not to say it doesn’t come without its own challenges, but the love a pet gives when given a second chance is out of this world!

The Amanzimtoti team shared a beautiful poster of some of the families that took home pets this past week.
