The UK has a Christmas advert culture like no other country. People look forward to the annual adverts every year. This year BBC one created a tear jerker.
The United Kingdom advertisers have been pulling heartstrings for years. Every year supermarkets, department stores and more come out with adverts that move people to tears. These adverts are created to inspire people to be more giving in the festive season.
According to friends on the ground in the UK, it is all people can talk about leading up to the release and thereafter. Conversations can be heard in the busses, on the train and throughout the sidewalks of every big city and small village for miles.
We have seen a few of these ads over the years and can confirm that they really do hit your soft spot and can even bring up a few tears.
This year we saw the new BBC one advert on Facebook and were a little bit tear soaked by the end of it. Their Christmas advert has been dedicated to busy single parents that have so much on their plates but still manage to follow what their children are up to.
The comment section was filled with people sharing the love for their parents.
