The Home of Hope is raising funds through an online charity shop initiative and they are having a spring sale to support the children in their care.

Cape Town, South Africa (15 September 2021) – The Home of Hope in Table View has launched an online charity shop to raise funds for their organisation.

Home of Hope is a non-profit organisation that cares for abused and abandoned children in South Africa, especially those suffering from Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) – permanent brain damage caused by pre-natal exposure to alcohol.

Their charity shop is made up of donated goods that are in good condition. Items range from clothing to toys and books. The shop is running a spring sale which launched today and will run until the 29th of September 2021. You can check out the shop via Instagram here.

“As a non-profit that supports over 60 beneficiares with mental and physical disabilities, the costs can sometimes feel overwhelming!

We know that times are becoming difficult for some to give cash donations, so we ask that you please consider donating unwanted items to Home of Hope. Any items not used in our projects, are sold in our charity shop to help us raise money.

Please call us on (021)556 3573 for more information or drop your donations off at 215 Blaauwberg Road, Table View.”
