Consol Glass ad

Consol Glass recently released their new advert on DSTV. It is such a heartwarming story and people all over South Africa are feeling moved by it.

Consol Glass recently aired their newest advert on a variety of DSTV channels. They announced the new campaign about 2 weeks ago on their Facebook page and shared a short preview of the full advert.

The company believes that moments in life should be kept fresh. They tweeted “Keeping life’s special moments as fresh as when they were captured – because #TheBestThingsComeInGlass

“Consol has been an integral part of South African life since the 1940s. Here’s to many more decades of making great memories!”

The advert features a little girl at a play park, she collects the sounds of all her experiences in a glass jar and at the end of the day seals it and takes it home. The ending of the ad is the most heartwarming part, she shares the collected sounds with her blind Gogo, the joy the two share from hearing the laughter caught in the jar is tear jerking.

There has been such a great response on social media, even bringing people to tears (happy tears)
