The Animal Welfare Society of Port Elizabeth shared the cutest photo of Paddy on the day that she was adopted and our hearts melted!

Gqeberha, South Africa (17 July 2023) – The Animal Welfare Society of Port Elizabeth (AWS PE) shared the cutest photo of Paddy on the day that she was adopted out and we cannot get enough! The picture goes to show just how important it is to adopt, not shop.

They always share when a pet finds its forever home and every photo warms the heart but Paddy couldn’t contain her excitement and had everyone feeling the love when she jumped for joy.

We almost get the feeling she turned to say a heartfelt thank you to the team for caring for her while she waited for her mom.

“Is this the CUTEST photo or what???? Beautiful Paddy could barely contain her excitement when her new momma came to collect her. Paddy has landed with her fluffy bottom in the butter!!!” – AWS PE

We love sharing these moments and hope to share many more. If you are looking for an animal charity in your area, you can check out our animal charity list here.

The Animal Welfare Society of Port Elizabeth was founded in 1971 to help the municipality in Port Elizabeth with the number of stray animals and cruelty cases in the city. Today the organisation has over 30 staff members and makes a huge difference in the lives of animals in need. You can find out more about the organisation via Facebook here.
