Dogtown SA is ready to release its annual calendar and this year talented pet photographer Emma O’Brien captured the beautiful pup faces featured within.

South Africa (22 August 2023) – Dogtown SA Animal Rescue Centre takes in animals in need and provides them with love and care. To cover the cost of this, they host different fundraising initiatives and one of these is the annual Dogtown calendar. This year, talented pet photographer Emma O’Brien has captured the images that will be highlighted each month in 2024.

Based in Pretoria, Dogtown SA is perfectly situated to make an impact in Northern Gauteng. They have several facilities that cater to the varied needs of rescues; from a specialised rehabilitation centre that focuses on behavioural issues, to the retirement village that houses their senior dogs. Dogtown has a team of 10 full-time certified trainers and behaviourists that work with the animals in their care.

As with everything in South Africa, prices have gone up which has meant so has the cost of printing. Pat Barr-Sanders and the team at Dogtown have worked really hard to keep the price of the calendar down despite the rising costs. Emma O’Brien has donated her talent to Dogtown over the years and this is yet another generous donation, all in the hopes of helping as many animals as possible.

You can purchase your copy online here or email Pat here for more details on how to get your calendar directly.
