Flip Flop day is an annual fundraiser hosted by The CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation; save the date for the next one on the 18th of February 2022.

South Africa (15 December 2021) – The CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA is celebrating their 3rd annual flip flop day on the 18th of February 2022, so save the date.

CHOC is a non-profit organisation that advocates for the health and well-being of children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders. The passionate and dedicated staff and volunteers of CHOC aim to save lives through early detection and comprehensive support programmes for the families affected by cancer such as; accommodation, transport assistance, psychosocial, emotional, and practical support, and more. They also provide awareness and education on childhood cancer and life-threatening blood disorders.

The CHOC team hopes to help schools, businesses, and other organisations get their orders in for the stickers in time for the new year and flip flop day.

“Why not ditch the corporate shoes for a day and flip on a pair of flops and show your support! If you would like to buy stickers for your school or organisation please email flipflopday@choc.org.za and we will make sure you are ready to support these brave SOLE-diers!”

To take part, keep an eye on their website and Facebook page in the New Year. You will be able to find out when stickers go on sale.
