In fact, a recent Cape Town Tourism report found that the organisation’s members alone have lost a total of R2 billion in revenue and shed 12,000 jobs since the start of the lockdown. While these statistics may well apply only to Cape Town, businesses across the country are struggling to keep their doors open. A little support now will go a long way to ensuring a future for local businesses.
Get hoppy
Whether you’re away or at home, it’s not Easter until you’ve hopped around searching for chocolate eggs ‒ getting enough exercise to earn all of those treats. Easter egg or scavenger hunts are fun for the whole family and an egg-celent opportunity to create memories together – and make up for missing out last year.
