“In my opinion, those cardinal points are the farthest a human can go; I’ve always been more about the land than water, animal than human. But as a human, or a dried fish (there’s a theory for that), I’ve decided to put myself into the cage and reverse the roles. I was the one locked up and watching the wilderness do his thing, and it felt pretty relevant. You realize that yes, you’re magnificent on the inside, but only because of that wildlife outside (I have a theory for that too).
