The winner of the largest ever Powerball Jackpot has not yet come forward, could you be the winner of this massive jackpot? If you bought your ticket in Goodwood, you could be!

Goodwood, Cape Town – That’s it, folks… The massive jackpot that has been rolling over has finally been won. If you didn’t win, you join us in having to scrap dreams of year-long beach holidays, helping family pay off debts, donating to unsuspecting charities and all the frivolous spending that comes with being an instant multi-millionaire.

The person that won the massive jackpot has not yet come forward. What we do know is that the ticket was bought at an OK Mini Mart in Goodwood. They spent R22.50 picking their own numbers and that is all we know for now.

So… if you know someone who shops at the OK Mini Mart in Goodwood, you should tell them to get their ticket checked. This is the biggest Powerball jackpot ever won by a South African. Last year, 34-year-old Mpumalanga mechanic won R145-million and at the time, that was the highest jackpot to be won. Naledi Masopha the Public Relations Manager for Ithuba confirmed that winners of these massive jackpots are always assisted during this time.

“Because it is such a significant amount that has been won‚ the person would need to get in touch with us and as soon as they get to the offices of the national lottery‚ they would be offered financial advice and some psychological assistance as well.” – Naledi Masopha, Public Relations Manager, Ithuba.

The winning Powerball numbers were as follows: 14, 18, 21, 26, 35 + 5

Let’s hope the winner realised they have the winning ticket soonest. However, they have 1 year to come forward to claim the prize before it is considered void.
