Prince William chatted to Robbie Brozin‚ who founded Nando’s with Fernando Duarte 31 years ago, about how his detective introduced him to the world-famous South African chicken franchise.

It has come out that the future King of England, Prince William, is a massive fan of South Africa’s Nando’s. The prince was introduced to the food chain by his detective who is also a big fan!

The information was divulged during a conversation between Nando’s founder Robbie Brozin and the prince. The prince was attending a Commonwealth Heads of Government (CHOGM) event in London when the discussion took place. Prince William gestured towards his detective and said,

‘This man here is your biggest fan, he’s introduced me to Nando’s. It’s very good. He should buy a stake in Nando’s.’

Brozin later commented that he wasn’t at all surprised by the information because the young royals are easy-going people who are in touch with what everyone else is doing.

‘I’m not surprised he’s eaten at Nando’s.

‘The beauty of Prince Harry and Prince William is that they’re really accessible and they are guys that go out a lot – I’m very happy that they’ve tried it.

‘I was certain they would have tried it because they’re so accessible they’re people’s people, which is so nice.’

We wonder which meal is the prince’s favourite? Anyone care to take a guess? Let us know in the comment section which is your favourite or what you recommend?

We feel like its all great but no matter what, there always has to be some spicy rice and wedges!
