Shield has partnered with Chelsea Football Club to give one lucky South African an opportunity of a lifetime. Here’s how to win.

Aspiring footballers from across South Africa can win a chance to participate in nationwide trials conducted by Chelsea coaching staff, with five heats taking place in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and Durban.

One hundred winners per region will be selected to then go into a knockout stage, which will also be shown on SABC 1’s famous football show SoccerZone. A panel will then select the winner, who is in for a trip of a lifetime to train with Chelsea’s first team stars.

The competition runs from 15 May to 30 September 2017.

Shield South Africa and Chelsea FC are also giving a second winner – boy or girl, old or young – the opportunity of a lifetime to rub shoulders with the likes of Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas and Antonio Conte, and meet them at Stamford Bridge.

“One of the best aspects of this campaign is that it is completely inclusive. It’s open to both guys and girls, and there’s no age limit on who can enter. They’re even giving spending money to the winners,” Gareth Marshall, the senior brand manager of Shield South Africa, explained.

To stand a chance of winning this incredible prize, simply follow these three steps:

  1. Buy any Shield product
  2. Dial *120*744353#
  3. Follow the prompts and enter the last 4 digits of your barcode.

Make sure to get your entries in before 30 September 2017 so that you don’t miss out!
