The Smile Foundation is hosting its annual charity movie night in April this year, to raise funds for children’s smiles and burn treatment.

Houghton, South Africa (24 March 2024) – The Smile Foundation is hosting its annual movie night to raise funds for children in need of facial surgeries or burn treatments. They are playing the movie “Sing 2” and invite families to join them for a fun-filled evening.

It seems like yesterday that Madiba took the first step to help one child access the specialist facial reanimation surgery she so desperately needed. A simple step that birthed Smile Foundation has impacted thousands of families in South Africa.

Smile Foundation passionately continues to keep Madiba’s legacy alive. To keep doing the incredible work they do, the Smile Foundation hosts various fundraising events. The latest is one for the whole family.

A magical movie night at the Virgin Active Old Eds Sports Ground in Houghton has been set for the 20th of April 2024.

This unforgettable event promises entertainment for all ages with a designated children’s play area, including face painting, a jumping castle, and Milky Lane activities. Indulge in culinary delights from a variety of food trucks or bring your own picnic baskets and camping chairs for a cozy setup.

Smile blankets will be available onsite, ensuring comfort while contributing to life-changing surgeries for children in need.

Every purchase supports Smile Foundation’s mission of providing comprehensive care to children with facial abnormalities and severe burns.

Join us for an evening of joy under the stars. Let’s make a difference together!
