The festive season is approaching fast so it may be time to start filling your calendar with fun things to do with friends and family – this festive market is set to support three animal charities.

Centurion, South Africa (17 October 2022) – If this year has been a blink-and-you-miss-it kind of year, it may be a shock to see festive markets starting to pop up. The Border Collie Rescue, Basset Rescue and Boston Rescue are hosting a Christmas Market on the 26th of November, and they are hoping to start getting people excited to join.

Each of the organisations is set to benefit from the market, so having a joint one should bring in even more visitors. The three animal rescue organisations are getting their dates on the calendar early.

As the festive season draws near, it is time to start planning who is getting what over the holidays and what kind of fun family events you would like to attend.

“Come and join Border Collie Rescue, Basset Rescue and Boston Rescue at La Brie Kennels 26th November for a Christmas Market!

Food and drinks will be on sale, you can even buy the Collies a box of Montgomery biscuits for just R49 from La Brie’s shop!

White elephant stall, raffles and loads of your favourite dogs merchandise for sale

08h00 to 13h00, free entry, dogs welcome or come alone and spend a bit of time and love with the rescues waiting for their new homes.”
