Ajay Gupta

Justin Van Pletzen has found Ajay Gupta in Dubai and filmed the encounter which has since gone viral and raised many questions.

Justin Van Pletzen, a South African businessman, was standing outside an office building having a smoke when he spotted Ajay Gupta exiting the building. He greeted the elusive businessman and asked a few questions about his plans to return to South Africa.

Huffington Post contacted Justin and acquired the video and additional information about the encounter. According to the website, Justin has been trying to convince friends and family that the Guptas (and Duduzane Zuma) were in fact in Dubai. Well, this video sure proves it now!

According to Justin, Ajay was visiting the Indian Embassy in Dubai to try and smooth over some of his other troubles in his home country. Shem poor chap! #not!

Justin called Ajay over and asked when he would be returning to South Africa. At first, Ajay responded and said any day… Then he said, they are not looking for him…

Justin continued by saying that South Africa is definitely looking for him. The pair parted ways civilly but if Justin could have, he says he would have decked him right there on the street.

“The laws here, unfortunately, are very strict about getting into a fight with someone. If I did, I would have been given a 50,000 dirham fine or have gone to jail,”

“I’ve been telling everyone back home: the Guptas are here, Duduzane [Zuma] is here…”

Watch the video below, what do you make of the encounter?
