Everyone knows somebody that experiences anxiety. It can affect people in a number of ways and now there is a song which helps drastically reduce it.

Anxiety can affect people at different levels of severity. It can be mild or so crippling one cannot even get out of bed. Many like to dismiss the disorder but each year, more studies are published discussing it, its causes and how to combat it.

Recently Neuroscientists have discovered a song that helps reduce anxiety by 65%. The new song was developed specifically by sound therapists. It stood out above the other songs tested for its success in soothing the mind and alleviating symptoms of anxiety.

The Neuroscientists measured things like heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol levels in the brain of people listening to this song through headphones and found that it reduced the effects of anxiety by 65%. That is incredible, especially for someone feeling trapped and attacked by their own mind/body.

The song is called “Weightless” by Marconi Union.

If you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks, save the video and listen to it whenever you may need it. Take a listen below. PS: it works best with headphones.
