Each place gives a different value to the same water bottle. When you feel like you are worth nothing and everyone around you belittles you, change places, do not stay there.

Johannesburg, South Africa (30 September 2021) – The same bottle of water can cost you R7, or R22 or even R35… but why the difference? Well here’s a great analogy with some life-perspective.

Mbulelo Mpande shared the analogy which is quickly going viral. Read it below.

“A bottle of water in the supermarket is worth about R7,00. The same bottle in a bar costs R16,50. At an airport or on the plane, you may be charged R22,00. In a good restaurant or hotel, it can be worth up to R35,00.

The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place.

Each place gives a different value to the same product. When you feel like you are worth nothing and everyone around you belittles you, change places, do not stay there. Have the courage to change places and go to a place where you are given the value you deserve.

Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth.

Please don’t settle for less.”
