In Pictures: Largest prayer gathering in the history of South Africa It's Time Pretoria

Faith like potatoes as ‘millions’ of South Africans gather in Pretoria for massive prayer meeting hosted by Angus Buchan.

Over 5 million South Africans were expected to come together at the “It’s Time Pretoria” prayer gathering on October 27th to pray for the country, that is what the Angus Buchan website had predicted for the day.

At the previous two It’s Time prayer gatherings, in Bloemfontein and in Cape Town, Angus Buchan and his Shalom Ministries team witnessed over 2 million people in attendance.

In what is being called the “Largest prayer gathering in the history of South Africa”, concerned citizens of all races, colours, cultures and religious denominations gathered at the free event near Bloemfontein.

“We are tired of people taking the law into their own hands.  We are going to call upon The Lord to bring justice‚ peace and hope to our beloved South Africa‚” Buchan said in a statement on his website.

The Angus Buchan website has not released any information regarding the final amount of people who attended the gathering but they did post this promo video for the televised edition which would be screened on Sunday 28 October, at 9am and 4pm, DStv channel 343.

Some social media users also posted photos and videos from the event:
