Johannesburg, South Africa (4 February 2020) – Tsitsi Chiumya is a young comedian from Lebowakgomo, a small township, south of the Limpopo Province. He has fast become a young talent to be reckoned with, winning admirers across South Africa and Africa, not to mention his international shows in Europe and USA where it seems, everyone can relate to his ‘awkwardly relatable stories’.
Tsitsi was singled out by South Africa’s greatest comedy export – The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah – to take part in the new comedy TV series, Trevor Noah Presents: NationWild. Tsitsi also appeared on BBC Arts Hour, which featured Spike Lee in the same season.
