Animal lovers can get tattooed for charity, contributing to saving two animal lives in the process all thanks to collaboration between the SPCA and artist Clinton Naidoo.
Western Cape, South Africa (24 August 2020) – The Cape of Good Hope (CoGH) SPCA hosts an annual tattoo-a-thon called Tats4Tails. This year, the event is proudly sponsored by Identipet and being held in partnership with Primal Culture Tattoo Studio for the second time running. It is set to take place from the 30th of August to the 6th of September 2020.
The CoGH SPCA knows this popular event will see many participants getting a beautiful tattoo they will never regret! Clinton Naidoo, owner of Primal Culture Tattoo Studio, who has a heart as big as his talent is offering 7cm x7cm tattoos for only R700.00 – It’s a triple 777 jackpot deal that will see everyone winning!
The proceeds of each tattoo done at this giveaway price during the 7-day tattoo-a-thon will go directly towards covering the costs of animal rescue! So, no matter what tattoo you choose for whatever reason you’ve chosen it – your tattoo will also be symbolic of your commitment to a kinder world for animals. In fact, your tattoo will symbolise two animal rescues! That’s two lives saved, two souls no longer living in fear, two hearts who will finally know love – and all you have to do is to get some ink.
It costs the SPCA R350 on average to respond to each call received for an animal in crisis. Whether they are chained to the spot, exposed to the elements, being cruelly beaten, forced to fight, starving or sick, injured and in pain, the Cape of Good Hope SPCA is committed to responding to every call they receive, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
As a non-governmental organisation, they are completely reliant on public funds and your support of this event will ensure that they can keep their Inspectors mobile and able to reach the many animals that need help, now more than ever!
