Rynhard Lambrecht, a young boy with a big heart, has a special way of spreading Christmas cheer. Every year, he visits the Lucky Lucy Foundation Cats, a sanctuary for feline friends. There, he spends quality time with the cats, showering them with love before choosing one to sponsor!
Malmesbury, South Africa (11 December 2024) – One little guy’s big heart for kitty cats, who don’t often get showered with the love, tugged at our hearts.
Every year around Christmas, Rynhard Lambrecht visits Lucky Lucy Foundation Cats, where he spends quality time with some of the cats at the sanctuary before choosing one he wants to sponsor for the holiday season.
According to the foundation, Rynhard and his family have their own kitten, so he understands how special cats are. His gentle nature and understanding of cats’ needs make him a true friend to these furry companions.
“He knows that when you sit down, the cats will decide whether they want to come to you for attention. This special boy truly understands the meaning of the phrase ‘a cat picks you’.
“Words fail us when we look at his young little man with a golden heart. It’s heartwarming to see how gentle and loving he is with them, and how much the cats enjoy being around him,” Lucky Lucy said in a post.
Overcome with gratitude by this special boy’s love for felines in need, Lucky Lucy thanked his mom, Kylie Lambrecht, for bringing Rynhard to spend time with the cats and reigniting their hope for a better tomorrow for the cats in their care.
Touched by his annual visits that bring so much warmth and joy, Lucky Lucy commented:
