The children at the Mission from Heaven Community Development Centre in Soweto started the 2018 school year off with a great start thanks to stationary donations and new uniforms.
The EDS Projects group heard the call for assistance from the Mission from Heaven Community Development Centre in Soweto where 17 children needed help getting ready for school in 2018.
A new year brings new beginnings, opportunities, a fresh start but it also brings financial strain to many individuals and families. EDS Projects stepped up and helped provide much needed stationary to the children. They also made sure each child had a brand new school bag and a new pair of school shoes.

The team from EDS Projects was at the handover event and got to witness the excitement and pure joy each child had when they received their new school things. The company believes in bringing hope to those in need.
It is safe to say that 17 young learners will have a great school year all thanks to the generosity and care that EDS had for them and their community centre.
The Community centre started the Back to School campaign to help uplift the children in the community and it has worked. This is such a feel-good moment. The future already looks brighter!
