customer service children kids savings

Lucinda De Moura received exceptional customer service after misplacing a pair of glasses, Lucinda shared her story to say thank you.

Sandton, Johannesburg – Lucinda De Moura took her 5-year-old daughter Riley at the Sandton FNB to apply for a passport. While there, Riley misplaced her glasses.

It wasn’t until later that Lucinda realised that Riley didn’t have her glasses anymore. Lucinda tried to find a direct contact number for the branch. She wasn’t having any luck and contacted her private banker, Petunia Lekopa for help. She asked if Petunia could give her a number to contact the branch.

Petunia went above and beyond and personally drove to the branch to look for the glasses. She found them and and arranged for them to be kept safe until Lucinda could collect them. Lucinda was blown away by the customer service she received and wanted to honour Petunia for her hard work.

“Friends I had the most fantastic customer experience today! Riley lost her glasses and we thought it may have been while we were applying for her passport at FNB Sandton. I tried to get hold of the branch, but there was no direct contact number available. I contacted my Private Banker, Petunia Lekopa, and asked for her assistance.”

“Instead of just sending me the branch number she personally went to the branch and found her glasses! Now that’s going above and beyond and phenomenal customer service!! Thank you Petunia Lekopa and FNB, you made my day and are definitely my bank of choice! Please share this post and make Petunia Lekopa at FNB famous! And if you know anyone at FNB please pass on my thanks! Proudly South African!”

Lucinda hopes that her post reaches the right people and Petunia is recognised for the excellent work she has done. Many South Africans go above and beyond to make life easier for others every day. It is always wonderful to share stories like this.
