A South African comedian is going viral after posting a video while on tour in the mother land!
Cape Town, South Africa – South African comedian, Kevin Fraser, is going viral with his honest video of what it is like to come back home after being out of the country for so long.
He calls is, reconnecting with the mother land!
Fraser started out performing around Durban in South Africa… from 2009, he was known as one of the more quirky, techy underground DJs who fused sassy house beats with soulful vocals and spanish percussion. By the time he made the move to Johannesburg to further his career in 2013 he had not only built up a solid reputation and following, but was known for his versatility and connection with various audiences.
Fraser’s passion and natural ability for making people laugh has since reignited an old flame for similar stage performance and it only took a few gigs to realise he could make people not only dance a little, but laugh a little too.
After his big move to Australia in 2014, he has focussed on bringing entertaining videos to his audience online and was last featured on Good Things Guy in a hilarious video after having the worst gym experience!
This time the comedian is being a little more serious (with the odd burp and laugh) while discussing what his trip back to South Africa has reignited within him.
“Sometimes in life you don’t know what you had until it’s gone, and I think there were so many elements that I truly didn’t appreciate about South Africa until I moved overseas. Coming back for an extended period of time, has made me realise that I really, really miss THIS!
The force is strong, don’t let it leave you. Mama Africa will always be thinking of you, she will always answer, have your faith.”
