A group of helpful students from Kingsmead College lent a helping hand to the Grace Factory to help pack the final 190 maternity packs for new moms.

South Africa (06 December 2022) – For the final Grace Factory pack of the year, students from Kingsmead College helped pack the last 190 bags of 2022. This final care bag pack was captured by the Grace Factory and it is evident that doing a little good, gives everyone big smiles!

The Grace Factory, an NPO that gives practical assistance to moms and babies in need during the first few weeks of motherhood and infancy, stresses the importance of doing so. The organisation packs the items into gift sets and delivers them to new moms in government hospitals all over South Africa. The packs consist of basic necessities such as clothes, blankets, toiletries, nappies and a few things for mom.

“Another 190 maternity packs filled to the brim with essentials for vulnerable mothers and their newborn babies.

Thank you to our incredible donors, sponsors and volunteers who so generously gave towards our cause this year. Your contributions continue to make such a difference!

Thank you to the lovely students of Kingsmead College for helping us pack every maternity pack with so much love and care. It’s always such a joy packing with such enthusiastic volunteers!”

Take a look at just how happy the young ladies were, lending a helping hand.
