Matt Callanan gave a young refugee boy Lego. The young boy has never played with Lego before and always dreamed of building a Lego house.
Matt Callanan has done it again! He has created a new campaign as part of his 403 deeds. It all started with wanting to show his son how to treat people and to leave a legacy for him. From there over 40 good deeds were done, then on the 2nd of February Matt hid 20 envelopes containing £10.00 each for other people to find and use to do good deeds too.
More recently Matt met a young Syrian boy, living as a refugee in Cardiff, who has always wanted to build a Lego house. This meeting has inspired his next good deed, to help the boy build a real Lego house. Matt used his £10.00 to buy the boy some Lego to build a mini Lego house.

Many twitter followers saw Matt’s call to action and started donating their old Lego collections to the cause.
User @sunijasa4, Suzanne Ostler said,
“I have a big box of Lego and happy to donate.”
User @thomahawk, Palu Thomas said,
“I have Lego and willing to travel”
The end goal is to build an actual life sized Lego house at the refugee center, to invite refugees and locals to help build it and to host a party for the refugee children. Matt and the We Make Good Happen have reached out to Lego International and asked them to help make a young boys dreams come true.
We will keep you posted on if Lego takes up the challenge and builds the house. It’s a great cause and will bring a lot of joy to the children.
